Brandon Singer is the founder and CEO of Retail by MONA, the New York retail brokerage he launched in September 2020 — MONA stands for "Making Of a New Age." Across a seventeen-year career he has negotiated retail lease transactions worth more than $3 billion, and he was named Retail Broker of the Year at the 2026 RED Awards.
His MONA transactions include Gucci's lease at 45 Ninth Avenue, Breitling's at 875 Washington Street, and LUISAVIAROMA's first U.S. store at 1 Bond Street — all three nominated for REBNY's Retail Deal of the Year. Before founding the firm he was an Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield, ranked a top-ten global retail broker on 2019 production, where he took part in more than $2.5 billion in transactions. A George Washington University graduate, he returns to teach in the university's real estate program.
