Cord Shiflet has sold Austin real estate since 1997 and leads the Cord Shiflet Group at Moreland Properties, the city's largest locally owned luxury brokerage. An Austin native, he works the high end of the market — West Lake Hills, Westlake, and the established neighborhoods around Lake Austin — where most of his business comes through long-standing local relationships rather than relocation traffic.
He is a member of Elite 25 Austin, the invitation-only group of the city's top luxury agents, and was elected to a 2025–2027 term on the Austin Board of Realtors.
