Darcy Stacom is recognized by Broker Honors in New York, NY and is affiliated with StacomSilverstein.
Darcy Stacom has completed more than $150 billion in sales, financing, joint-venture, and development transactions over a forty-year career, a volume that ranks her among the most productive investment-sales brokers in New York history. She spent roughly two decades as Chairman and head of CBRE's New York capital markets group before striking out on her own, and in 2025 co-founded StacomSilverstein, a woman-owned boutique capital markets advisory firm, with former New York REIT CEO Wendy Silverstein.
Her deal sheet includes many of the largest single-asset trades in the city, from Stuyvesant Town to the GM Building, the kind of trophy transactions that define the upper tier of the market. She began her career in the mailroom at Cushman & Wakefield and built it into a chairmanship, and now runs an independent firm focused on the New York capital markets she has worked her entire career.
