Dustin Stolly is a Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop in New York, where he arranges debt and equity financing across commercial asset classes nationwide. He has executed more than $100 billion in debt and equity transactions over his career and joined the firm in March 2025 as part of the team built around Aaron Appel.
Before Walker & Dunlop, Stolly co-led Newmark's debt and structured finance practice, and earlier spent a decade as a Managing Director in JLL's New York capital markets group. His work centers on large institutional financings — the multi-hundred-million-dollar refinancings and acquisitions that move through New York's investment-sales market.
