Ivan Sher is the founder and principal broker of IS Luxury, the Las Vegas brokerage focused exclusively on the high end of the market. Over the past three years he and the firm have closed more than $2 billion in luxury home sales, including $790 million in 2025, working Las Vegas, Summerlin, and Henderson at an average sale price well above the broader market.
His practice concentrates on the $5 million to $50 million-plus tier, where much of the inventory trades off-market, and at any given time he represents a roster of properties priced above $10 million. He rebranded the former Ivan Sher Group into IS Luxury as the firm grew into the dominant luxury team in the Las Vegas valley.
