Matthew Mousavi is Senior Managing Principal and Co-Head of the National Net Lease Group at SRS Real Estate Partners, the largest commercial real estate firm in North America focused exclusively on retail. He co-founded the net-lease platform and has built a career track record exceeding $12 billion, advising both publicly traded owners and private investors on single-tenant and retail investment sales.
The group he co-leads operates across more than twenty-five offices and ranks among the top three net-lease investment teams in the country. His own work spans single-tenant transactions, structured portfolio sales, sale-leasebacks, developer pre-sales, and distressed dispositions nationwide. He holds an MBA in real estate finance from UC Irvine and came up through Faris Lee Investments before helping build the SRS capital markets platform.
